Promotion of equal opportunities for people from disadvantaged
communities to start their own business company. This will be achieved
by developing regional structure as a support basis for the people
starting their own enterpreneurship. The regional structure should
ensure links between experts and consultants and the target group in the
phase of start their business. The DP Delta will also try to arrange
better access to financial aid to the target group and to develop
special motivation and education methods and programmes to help the
target group.
