DP is established on purpose of solving unemployment in urban and rural
area and on the bases on interest of various institutions to solve
together this issue. The members offer their experience, information and
skills in favour of target group. The reason for establishing of DP is
various geographical location, structure of population according to
education, social conditions, living standard, unemployment rate, etc.
The main objective is to increase employment of the long-term unemployed
group of Romas through improving their skills mainly in IT area. In
cooperation with Employment Centres, which will create network and will
work in the region, our interest is to improve adaptability of human
resources to present situation in labour market.

We will achieve interest in education and skills by increasing
motivation, which means by activating and access to information, we will
increase adaptability and skills of target group to get employment. DP
members expressed the interest to solve the problems of target group
living in the community by the composition of DP, and this mutual dialog
strengthens also the position of majority towards the group, which is
discriminated for their lack of flexibility. The project solves the
change of positions of involved parties, but also indirect participants
– surroundings.
DP will have organisational and managing structure, where each member
will be represented by equal votes. Apart from this, DP will decide
together about the issues concerning the project and is fully
responsible for implementation of its activity. Individual coordinators
for education, advisory services and employment cooperate with managing
body and they will monitor the activities all the time.

The common objectives of the DPs
All the partners share the opinion that changes in a global economy
caused by the development of IT technology may be seen as a chance and a
threat at the same time. Many people in all partner’s countries face the
threat of work exclusion due to the lack or insufficient level of IT
skills. Partners find that they all share common objectives and tasks,
which are:
- Finding the way to improve the work situation of target groups
according to the specific features of the employment reference sector
(the agri-food one, the service sector, production sector – as every
sector has its own individual needs and partners have different local
access to research sources and possibilities) and of the local social
context;
- Measuring the extent to which individual cooperation between people
culturally different can influence company’s and individual development
- Sensitizing and supporting the employers in an effective management of
the multicultural labour market.
- Taking advantage of partner’s experience when working out national
solutions (e.g. methodology for IT courses)
- Supporting beneficiaries through providing transnational experience
- Preparing strategy for mainstreaming process

RP je založené za účelom riešenia nezamestnanosti v mestskej a dedinskej
lokalite a na základe záujmu roznych inštitúcii riešiť spoločne túto
problematiku. Členovia ponúkajú svoje skúsenosti, informácie a zručnosti
v prospech cieľovej skupiny.
Dovodom zostavenia RP je roznoroda
geografická poloha, štruktúra obyvateľstva podľa vzdelania, sociálnych
podmienok, životnej úrovne, miery nezamestnanosti a pod.
Hlavným cieľom je zvýšenie zamestnateľnosti skupiny dlhodobo
nezamestnaných Rómov cez zvýšenie ich zručností, hlavne v oblasti IT. V
spolupráci s Centrami zamestnanosti, ktoré budú navzájom zosieťované a
budú posobiť v regióne, je záujem zlepšovať adaptabilitu ľudských
zdrojov na súčasnú situáciu na trhu práce.
Inovatívnosť – skoordinovanie spoločného postupu pri
implementácii projektu na roznych úrovniach ( štátna, samospráva,
školstvo-vzdelávanie,komunitné centrá, podnikateľské subjekty)
- koncipovaný program odborného vzdelávania prostredníctvom moderných
technológií
- inovatívny školiaci modul, profesná databáza ponúkaných kvalifikácií
- predagogicko-psychologický prístup k skupine s novými metódami pre
formovanie postjov
- Centrá zamestnanosti
Zvyšovaním motivácie dosiahneme záujem o vzdelávanie a zvyšovanie
zručností, čiže aktiváciou a prístupom k informáciám zvýšime
adaptabilitu a schopnosť cieľovej skupiny zamestnať sa. Členovia RP
svojim zostavením a postojom k problematike prejavili záujem riešiť
spoločne problém skupiny žijúcej v komunite a tento vzájomný dialóg
posilňuje aj postoj majority k skupine, ktorá je diskriminovaná pre
svoju neprisposobivosť. Projekt rieši aj zmenu postojov zúčastnených ale
aj nepriamych účastníkov – okolie.
RP bude mať organizačnú a riadiacu štruktúru, v ktorej bude mať každý z
členov zastúpenie s rovnakou váhou hlasu. Okrem toho bude
spolurozhodovať o veciach týkajúcich sa projektu, ale nesie plnú
zodpovednosť za realizáciu svojej aktivity. Okrem toho jednotliví
koordinátori pre vzdelávanie, poradenstvo a zamestnanie spolupracujú s
riadaiacim orgánom a neustále monitorujú priebeh aktivít.
