The common objectives of the DPs
The strategic objective of the DPs is to draft solutions for the (re-)qualification of our target group (unemployed, employed, without status, women, single-parent, migrants, ethnic minorities, young people) and their (re-)integration into the labour market. The objective of the trans-national partnership is, therefore, the improvement of own practices to assist integration into the labour market by means of comparisons, and by exchanging experiences as well as the import-export of the methodologies of new approaches. Moreover, the objective will be to increase the understanding of the elements which contribute to the development of new training methods, from the perspective of both employers and the employees.
In particular, the trans-national partnership will:
- develop new approaches and activities in the fields of widening the participation of non-traditional learners and marginalized groups into entering the labour market and in keeping their jobs, with innovative training strategies for the target groups;
- improve training methodologies and e-learning.
- develop individual and collective competencies and provide the accreditation to validate those competencies;
- collaborate with companies, by informing and exchanging knowledge regarding training and learning within the workplace;
- provide the opportunities for study visits for members of the DPs, in order to share knowledge of good practices and promote understanding in the field of workplace training;
- help to spread a European awareness and create a European context for domestic work;
- promote positive outcomes from the project, in order to mainstream successful ideas;
- promote organizational changes, towards a collaborative working relationship between employers and employees;
- develop different methods to facilitate the combining of family life and working life;
- improve employees activities and skills, especially women’s, in order to make a return to the labour market possible;
- empower, raise levels of self-esteem and make better use of personal strengths;
- improve women’s digital skills through training;
- promote a closer collaboration between NGOs and officials for improving the employment opportunities for women;
- improve women's activities and skills, in order to make possible more opportunities for them in the labour market;
- offer opportunities to work with computers and other peripheral devices to disadvantaged target groups in the labour market (e.g. finding a job, designing business plans, preparing curriculum vitae, gaining IT knowledge and skills, etc);
- examine the possibility of using new Open Source IT technologies (in the area of training courses, in administration securing, etc.).
