It is necessary to prepare, with the help of tested foreign experience,
detailed methodology of non-state employment services activity, their
concept and to create system of verifiable monitoring of non-state
employment services. Our project solves given area in systematic and
conceptual way. Our DP is based on mutual cooperation among state and
non-state employment services, through which we would like to created
guarantee of de-monopolization of state employment services.
Projekt je zameraný na posilnenie kapacity neziskových organizácií, za
účelom vybudovania siete neštátnych subjektov, poskytujúcich služby v
oblasti rozvoja zamestnanosti. Sieť „Centier pre rozvoj zamestnanosti“
bude budovaná na základoch existujúcich neziskových organizácii
Banskobystrického kraja.

The project will introduce precise methodology and concept in activity
of non-state employment services and consequent monitoring of these
activities, which will strengthen capacities of NGOs in area of social
economy. Project implementation will provide specialised and personal
growth of personnel in organisations, which are project´s target group.
Applicant organisation is responsible for fulfilment and implementation
of project concerning contents and financial side. Partnership
organisation is responsible for real de-monopolization of employment
services and good practise dissemination.

- increasing the social sector sensibility and awareness towards CSR and
Labour ethics values;
- increasing visibility to CSR and Labour ethics values;
- enlightening all competitive advantages for the organizations
concerned in CSR and Labour ethics values
- identification and exchange of good practices;
- improving the networking and dialogue among the actors of the labour
market and the social system: schools, vocational training institutions,
enterprises,
- to strengthen the support of non state employment services in no
profit organizations

Je nevyhnutné vypracovať, aj za pomoci osvedčených zahraničných
skúseností, podrobnú metodiku činnosti neštátnych služieb zamestnanosti,
ich koncepciu a vytvoriť systém verifikovateľného monitoringu neštátnych
služieb zamestnanosti. Náš projekt rieši danú problematiku systematicky
a koncepčne. Vychádzame z RP založeného na vzájomnej spolupráci medzi
štátnymi a neštátnymi službami zamestnanosti, čím chceme vytvoriť záruku
demonopolizácie štátnych služieb zamestnanosti.
Projekt je zameraný na posilnenie kapacity neziskových organizácií, za
účelom vybudovania siete neštátnych subjektov, poskytujúcich služby v
oblasti rozvoja zamestnanosti. Sieť „Centier pre rozvoj zamestnanosti“
bude budovaná na základoch existujúcich neziskových organizácii
Banskobystrického kraja.
-RP zložené zo zástupcov štátnych a neštátnych služieb zamestnanosti
- vypracovanie novej metodiky koncepcie neštátnych služieb zamestnanosti
(po dôkladnej analýze porovnateľných služieb z krajín EÚ)
- zaregistrovanie ochrannej známky „Centrum pre rozvoj zamestnanosti“
Projekt zavádzaním presnej metodiky a koncepcie do činnosti neštátnych
služieb zamestnanosti a následného monitoringu aktivít týchto
organizácií, posilňuje kapacitu MVO v oblasti sociálnej ekonomiky.
Realizáciou projektu zabezpečujeme odborný a osobnostný rast personálu
organizácií, ktoré sú cieľovou skupinou projektu.
Žiadateľská organizácia zodpovedá za plnenie a realizáciu projektu po
stránke obsahovej aj finančnej. Partnerská organizácia zodpovedá za
reálnu demonopolizáciu služieb zamestnanosti a šírenie dobrej praxe.
