Multi-actor projects: scientists and farmers creating solutions together

Multi-actor projects are projects in which end-users and multipliers of research results such as farmers and farmers’ groups, advisers, enterprises and others, are closely cooperating throughout the whole research project period.

Around half a billion euros have been allocated to fund nearly 100 multi-actor projects in the four first years of Horizon 2020 (2014-2017). Over 60 of these projects have already been selected for funding and around 40 additional projects are expected to be selected by the end of 2017.

How to apply for funding for a multi-actor project?

Next opportunities to apply to Horizon 2020 will be under calls 2018 (deadline in early February 2018). The Infoday will take place on 14 November 2017 in Brussels. The official publication of the work programme 2018-2020 including the calls is expected end of October 2017. Look at the WP 2016-2017 for topics.
