How can I participate at #EUBEF18?

You’ve got two ways to attend: in person and digitally.
As an in-person participant:

  • Attend one or more (or all) panel debates
  • Join our Q&A’s in-person or via Sli.do
  • Have full access to our brand new event app
  • Join in-person networking opportunities

Can’t make it in-person this year? Register to be a digital participant!
What does that mean? As a digital participant, you can:

  • Live-stream the panel debates via our website
  • Join our Q&A’s via Sli.do
  • Have full access to our brand new event app
app

What’s in the app? How do I get it?

This year, we want to have a greener and more interactive BEF, to facilitate networking and to open discussions to digital participants. So we’re providing a new conference app!
Through the app, you’ll have access to:

  • Full programme and speaker bios
  • Exciting conversation threads on debate topics
  • Virtual networking with both in-person and digital participants
  • Sli.do #EUBEF18 Q&A
  • #EUBEF18 Twitter feed
  • Important links, documents  and surveys
  • Practical location details
  • And much more…

Once you´ve been accepted as an #EUBEF18 participant, you’ll be notified when our app goes live. Before the event, we’ll send you instructions on how to download and set-up our app.
The event documents will be available on the app, so we encourage you to download it to reduce the use of paper. Printed documents will be provided only to those who explicitly request them during registration.
If you have any technical issues, let us know: marie.hargitt@ext.ec.europa.eu
