Overall Project Progress
Technical
- First round of internal review of both eDelivery AS4 2.0 and SMP 2.0 profiles complete. Public consultation package should be ready by the end of April.
- Domibus version 5.0.5, bug fix release, planed for the 17 May 2023.
- Due to need to adjust the scope of Domibus version 5.1.1 bug fix release, expanding it, this release will go from a bug fix release to a minor release. It will be replaced by Domibus 5.2 RC and FR. These releases will occupy the time frame previously dedicated to Domibus 6.0. Some of key features previously foreseen in 6.0 will transit to 5.2. This roadmap adjustment, and the respective updated scopes, will be communicated to the public shortly.
- PKI Service: migration away from T-Systems was completed at the end of March 2023, aligning of data protection record and privacy statement pending.

SMT - workload details:
The volume of opened and handled SMT tickets decreased during the 2 months compared to January, where the number of requests to renew/issue PKI Certificates was very high because of the deadline to renew PKI certificates from T-Systems to CommisSign on 31/01/2023. There were still also a lot of questions from users on Domibus migration, the FS plugin usage, keystore management, etc
Email interaction:
For eDelivery, received mails were related to:
- Requests for AS4 connectivity test with Sikeliarchivi S.r.l
- Questions from HADEA about results of some AS4 connectivity tests.
- Changing PKI certificates from T-System to CommisSign
- Questions from and help to participants of the OOTS eDelivery hands-on webinar
- Questions from users: Domibus (sending messages to multiple access points, 5.0.4 installation and GUI access, question on keystore and truststore, questions on Oracle migration scripts from 4.2.9 to 5.0.4, help with Pmode, FS plugin), SML/SMP (creation of Service Group, SMP/SMK certificate update, PKI certificates (ECDB, CiXP, EUDAMED, EPREL, DECIDE, UDB, PCN),TAPAS (questions on storage configuration for TAPAS, CESOP As4 - MS Connectivity test, database deadlock issues, )
- There was a total of 710 emails in the FMB. We have removed 65 emails for SML Inconsistency, 55 Run deck automation, 24 emails from PKI CommiSsign from the count, which makes a total of 566 received mails for the reporting month.
