    • The EC GITB platform released a new version in which all our requirements were implemented. The level of support we are receiving is excellent. The new features will help our users have a clear view of the tests they can run and avoid having to redo tests they already did.
    • Documenting and migration of the existing test suites to the new EC GITB platform progressing, however due to dependencies with pending adjustments in Domibus core the new expected completion date is .
    • A new (33rd) product passed eDelivery AS4 conformance testing.

Software product: Docker images

    • Docker images for Domibus 5.1 in a Tomcat + MySQL configuration is being prepared.
    • Docker images for Domibus 5.1 in a WebLogic + Oracle DB configuration is being prepared.

Service: PKI Service

    • Support office actively pursuing certificates renewal with PKI Domain Owners, 4 certificates still remain to be revoked from the old issuer and will be revoked by the end of March.
    • Once move away from old issuer is complete, the data protection record will need to be aligned to new issuer (CommisSign)
    • The General Terms and Conditions for the PKI Service updated to enforce the limitation of 60 certificates per domain.

The volume of opened and handled SMT tickets decreased in February compared to January. February is a shorter month and during the month of January, the number of requests to renew/issue PKI Certificates was very high as the deadline to renew PKI certificates from T-Systems to CommisSign was the 31/01/2023. There were still also a lot of questions from users on Domibus migration, keystore management, etc in February 2023.


Email interaction:

For eDelivery, received mails were related to:

    • Requests for AS4 connectivity test with Centre des technologies de l’information de l’Etat du Luxembourg (CTIE), National Toxicological Information Centre of Slovakia
    • Personal data breach incident reported and handling
    • Successful conformance tests with LinQSupply: solution added on list of eDelivery AS4 conformant solutions.
    • Changing PKI certificates from T-System to CommisSign
    • Meeting about eDelivery and Domibus with the Ministry of Digital Affairs in Poland
    • Questions from users: eDelivery AS4 and SBDH xml, Domibus (MariaDB support, memory leak issue, SOAP requests and message sending issues with Domibus, Domibus 5.0.4 installation and message exchange, question on keystore and truststore, upgrade from 4.2.13 to 5.0.4, FS plugin, TLS enabling), SML/SMP (EUSEND_SMP_ACC certificate update, SMP/SMK certificate update, Peppol (participants list sent, suggestion to improve SMP FAQ page (SMP FAQ page updated by TESO)), PKI certificates (ECDB, CiXP, EUDAMED, EPREL, DECIDE, UDB, PCN),TAPAS (issue with migration of messages from 4.2.11 to 5.0.2, EO Descartes access point configuration)
    • There was a total of 652 emails in the FMB. We have removed 57 emails for SML Inconsistency, 8 Run deck automation, 28 emails from PKI CommiSsign from the count, which makes a total of 559 received mails for the reporting month.
