Incident Management:

SMT - workload details:

The volume of opened and handled SMT tickets increased in January compared to the last 3 months. The number of requests to renew/issue PKI Certificates was very high as the deadline to renew PKI certificates from T-Systems to CommisSign was the 31/01/2023. There were still also a lot of questions from users on Domibus migration, the FS plugin usage, keystore management, etc..


Email interaction:

For eDelivery, received mails were related to:

  • Requests for AS4 connectivity test with Mediterranean Shipping Company S.A, National Toxicological Information Centre of Slovakia
  • Changing PKI certificates from T-System to CommisSign – deadline end of January 2023 – reminders sent, T-Systems certificates revoked
  • Questions from Croatian companies that are bidding for a government contract to install access points for government-related institutions – email exchanges and meetings
  • Mails on participation to the OOTS eDelivery hands-on webinar on 26/01/2023
  • Questions from users: Domibus (question on vulnerability and xmlsec version, keystore management issue, multitenancy, Domibus REST API , FS plugin, maximum number of tenants, login to admin console, Tomcat and TLS), SML/SMP (SMP certificate update, issue deleting participants in SMP, question on OpenSSL v3.0.1 to v3.0.6 vulnerability on SML),  PKI certificates (BRIS, EPREL, ECDB, CiXP, SE-DIGG, EUDAMED, UDB, EUCEG, ODR, DECIDE, PCN),TAPAS (message inconsistencies between db and log files, help with definition of parties in parties)
  • There was a total of 1056 emails in the FMB. We have removed 63 emails for SML Inconsistency, 65 Run deck automation, 90 emails from PKI CommiSsign from the count, which makes a total of 838 received mails for the reporting month

PKI:

In January  2023, 62 certificates were issued: 1 BRIS, 21 EPREL, 5 EUDAMED, 6 PCN, 4 ODR, 5 DECIDE, 5 SE-DIGG, 1 TACHONET, 2 UDB, 2 ECDB, 10 CiXP
