Specifications: eDelivery AS4 Profile

- Substantive work completed, final questions clarified, cryptography expert still to submit final report
- Profile update being prepared

Software product: Domibus

- Domibus version 5.0.3 (bug fix release tackles several reported minor bugs, 3rd Party libraries upgrades) was released on the 18 Jan 2023
- Domibus versions 4.2.x end of support was planned for December. The planned final public release for this version line, 4.2.12, was published on the 22 Dec 2022. The support for this line was extended until 30 Apr 2023
- Domibus 5.1 RC due to the work required, mainly from the testing team, in version 5.0.2, 5.0.3 and 4.2.12 it was decided to postponed the release to 07 Feb 2023

Software product: DomiSMP

- Development activities for DomiSMP 5.0 RC are ongoing as planned

Software product: DomiSML

- DomiSML 4.3 RC activities planned to be started by 03 Apr 2023

Software product: eDelivery Conformance Testing Platform

- Documenting and migration of the existing Test Suites to the new EC GITB platform ongoing. Expected completion date 20 Mar 2023

Intensive support to European Parliament team using Domibus to exchange data in the legislative decision process. Issue resolved after two weeks.

Less SMT tickets were opened and handled in December 2022 compared to November 2022 because of the holiday season. Compared to 2021, more tickets were handled/resolved/opened. As the deadline for replacing T-Systems certificates with CommisSign certificates is 31/01/23, many tickets were opened for PKI certificates issuing/revoking. Lots of tickets also related to questions on Domibus installation, issues, updates and AS4 connectivity test requests.

Requests for AS4 connectivity test with Tax administraion of Slovenia (FURS) (CESOP[1] project), Administração dos Portos de Sines e do Algarve (APS)
SE-DIGG PKI domain: GTC for CommisSign signed, PKI SOD is being finalised.
Changing PKI certificates from T-System to CommisSign – deadline end of 01/23 - ongoing.
Questions from users: Domibus (keystore management issue, access to admin console, admin user password reset, issue with Domibus and latest JDK 11 version), SML/SMP (SMP certificate update), BRIS (PKI certificate), EPREL (PKI certificate renewal), ECDB (PKI certificate renewal), CiXP (certificate requests), EUDAMED (PKI certificates), UDB (PKI certificates), ECHA (exchange of big payloads and Domibus configuration), ELRC (certificate renewal), EUCEG (PKI certificates, help with installation of PKI certificate), DECIDE (PKI certificates), TAPAS (Domibus behaviour when looking up JNDI resources)
There was a total of 705 emails in the FMB. We have removed 64 emails for SML Inconsistency, 55 Run deck automation, 57 emails from PKI CommiSsign from the count, which makes a total of 529 received mails for the reporting month.

In November 2022: 39 CommisSign certificates were issued 14 CiXP, 2 EPREL, 1 EUDAMED, 1 ELRC, 2 eJustice-eCodex, 6 EUCEG, 1 IRI, 6 ECBD, 6 DECIDE

In December 2022, 49 CommisSign certificates were issued: 1 eTranslation, 1 EUCEG, 5 IRI, 2 DE4A, 10 ECDB, 1 UDB, 2 for DECIDE, 11 CiXP, 5 EPREL, 1 PCN
