EN 16931 validation artefacts
Due to a known issue with validating VAT calculations in an invoice when the VAT rate has a fraction, the publication of the spring 2020 update to the validation rules has been moved forward to February 28th. The release will also include resolution to other reported issues that have been processed and resolved by CEF before February 15th (code freeze date).
Note that this is not a deadline for RFCs and such a deadline is no longer set. Users of the EN 16931 validation artefacts are therefore encouraged to submit RFCs at their earliest convenience.
