What are the reasons to have an eInvoicing Pioneer Group?
The eInvoicing Advisory Group for the eInvoicing Readiness Checker proved to be a successful experience of co-creation involving eInvoicing stakeholders and the European Commission to achieve a service that responded to stakeholders' needs.
Now that the eInvoicing Readiness Checker is live, it is important to replicate the model whereby a motivated group of eInvoicing stakeholders can meet remotely on a monthly basis to provide a range of input to the European Commission and to drive activities to support the launch of the European Standard on eInvoicing and the compliance with Directive 2014/55/EU.
What could be the relevant activities of the eInvoicing Pioneer ?
The following is a non-exhaustive list of activities that the eInvoicing Pioneer Group could contribute to:
- Identify different national (relevant national & sub-national authorities with responsibility for eInvoicing) and sector specific stakeholders to include in the CRM & engage in different targeted activities
- Support the CEF eInvoicing work programme
- Help to organise and advise on the content for CEF eInvoicing trainings
- Provide suggestions for communication & dissemination channels for CEF eInvoicing activities (EN, Training etc.)
- Flag events, conferences, meetings, workshops to which CEF eInvoicing could provide input or material
- Be Ambassadors for our Communications activities
- Promote 'New Ways of Working'

- Regular meetings to be organised by CEF eInvoicing
- Fixed agenda loosely based on the points mentioned above

When should it meet?
- On a monthly basis or more frequently as required
Who should be involved?
- Anyone with a role in eInvoicing should be free to join
- Motivated members should be invited from the following groups:
- 2017 Additional CEF eInvoicing contacts
- EMSFEI members
- Persons not yet known to CEF eInvoicing nominated by anyone from among our existing stakeholders.
