Track 1: Newcomers: This session will provide participants with a clear understanding of the Once-Only Technical System, including its benefits for citizens, businesses, and competent authorities (i.e., the public administrations connecting to the system to exchange documents and data, known as 'evidence'). By the end of this session, participants will know what problems the OOTS addresses and understand their role in relation to the system - namely, whether they act as a requester or provider of the evidence exchanged through the system, or both.
Facilitator: Nils McGrath, DIGIT, European Commission

Track 5: Go-live - OOTS and the EUDI Wallet: While the implementation of OOTS is still ongoing, Member States have the additional challenge to implement the new EUDI Wallet. This session will present an overview of work done by the OOTS -EUDI Wallet Contact Group including the identification of two types of synergies: user experience synergies and investment synergies, as well as validating the investment synergies in a proof-of-concept. Some of the synergies have recently been addressed in Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/1569 of 29 July 2025 on qualified electronic attestations of attributes and electronic attestations of attributes provided by or on behalf of a public sector body responsible for an authentic source. This session will give an overview of the work on synergies and discuss approaches Member States are taking to implement OOTS and EUDI Wallet in an efficient way that maximises value for users, notably including the reuse of eDelivery Access Points.
Facilitator: Pim van der Eijk, DIGIT, European Commission

Track 6: Hot topics - Semantics: This session aims to better characterize the need for semantic alignment of requirements and evidence types.
Facilitator: Jorge Sousa, SDG national coordinator, State Technological Reform Agency, Portugal

Track 2: Population: Over the course of two days, this track will allow population registers to identify use cases for evidence exchanges, including discussions on the handling of cases where data is not complete. Participants will have the chance to exchange information on their go-live roadmaps and explore the conclusions of an ongoing consultation with population data providers on evidence requirements. This track will also discuss the evidence mapping framework and next steps for exchanging structured data.
Facilitator: Jerry Dimitriou, DIGIT, European Commission

Track 3: Education: This track will invite Member States to demo their implementations in the education domain to showcase what the future experience will be like for users. Participants will then work on defining evidence requirements in this domain. This track will also discuss the evidence mapping framework and next steps for exchanging structured data.
Facilitator: Stamatia Dasiopoulou, DIGIT, European Commission

Track 4: Business and professional qualifications: This track is aimed at competent authorities in the business domain as well as authorities dealing with professional qualifications. First, it will allow participants to discuss the mapping of evidences on procedures related to the Professional Qualifications Directive. Second, it will be a chance to discuss procedures related to temporary cross-border provisions as well as cross-border establishments under the Services Directive. This workshop will also explore the EU Company Certificate.
Facilitator: Nils McGrath, DIGIT, European Commission

Track 5: Go-live: This session will allow national implementation teams to continue the discussion on updates to the Acceleratormeter, including the new approach on tracking the onboarding of competent authorities. It will also advance the discussion on moving OOTS components into production and monitoring them.
Facilitator: Maarten Daniels, DIGIT, European Commission

Track 6: Hot topics
(1) Interoperable Europe: what future(s)?: This workshop is organised by the INVEST consortium, and will debate possible future scenarios of interoperable cross-border digital public services through a foresight exercise.
Facilitators: Marta Kotlarska, Magdalena Kamińska and Łukasz Małeck, NASK - Research and Academic Computer Network, Poland
(2) Payments for evidence in the OOTS user journey: This workshop will showcase a payment journey in a Portuguese evidence exchange. It will be a chance for designers and SDG national coordinators to discuss the needs of recommendation involving the need for payment of evidences.
Facilitator: Catarina Palhais, Experience and Digital Accessibility, State Technological Reform Agency, Portugal
