SMT - Workload Details
The volume of opened and handled SMT tickets decreased slightly in December 2023, as a result of the end-of-the-year break. There were still also February compared to the month before, but not significantly. The peak of requests in January and February 2023 is due to the large number of renew/issuing of PKI Certificates as the deadline to renew PKI certificates from T-Systems to CommisSign was the 31/01/2023. In February 2024, there were a lot of questions from users on Domibus migration issues ( migration scripts), docker usage, conformance tests issues (Opentext)the FS plugin usage, Docker versions available for Domibus, AS4 connectivity test requests, etc.
Email Interaction
For eDelivery, received emails mails were related to:
- Requests for AS4 connectivity test with Everysite LTD, Eufex Deutschand GmbH, Sanmarco Informatica S.P.
- eDelivery conformance tests- several questions from Opentext that is running the tests with the new GITB platform
- SHAOKE (Chinese logistics company), Everysite
- eDelivery conformance tests: ongoing tests on new platform for OpenTunnel, OpenText and Harmony successfully passed the tests (OpenText on the ‘old’ platform, Harmony on the ‘new’ GITB) and their solution was published on the AS4 conformant solution page on Digital website.
- Answers for the “Public Consultations on eDelivery AS4 profile 2.0 and eDelivery SMP profile 2.0”SGTR and PKI services – SOD finalised
- Questions from users: Domibus (question on Kerberos DES and RC4, certificate configuration, Domibus migration from 4.2.6 Domibus 5.1.1 upgrade issues with JMS plugin, Domibus 5.1.2 and active MQ Broker, WS plugin behaviour, Docker questions, Domibus 5.1.2 and case sensitivity in ListPendingMessages, Domibus migration to 5.0.6 (EUCEG), Domibus 5.1.2 and dynamic discovery, integration with AWS secrets manage, Dockercertificate and elliptic curve, multitenancy and FS plugin), SML/SMP (SMP/SMK certificate update/renewal, DomiSMP 5.0.1 installation issues), updated list of Peppol participants sent to Peppol, PKI certificates (OOTSUDB, UDBEUCEG, EUDAMEDDECIDE, CixP, PCN), TAPAS (ICS2 connectivity test assistance requests (re-directed to the National service desks), onboarding request forwarded to National Helpdesk), question on TLS certificate redirected to ITSM3OPSfollowup of issues raised to Oracle support)
- There was a total of 641 744 emails in the FMB. We have removed 64 59 emails for SML Inconsistency, 42 16 alerts, 34 120 xmatters and 11 9 emails from PKI CommisSign from the count, which makes a total of 490 540 received mails for the reporting month.
PKI
In December 2023February 2024, 10 5 certificates were issued: 1 SGTRECDB, 1 EUDAMEDPCN, 2 DECIDE (European Council), 1 UDB, 7 OOTS.

SML – Availability
The achieved availability for SML1 was within the target for the month of DecemberFebruary.
