SMT - workload details:
The number of handled SMT tickets increased in August 2023 compared to the previous month, while the number of opened SMT tickets remained stable during the last 4 months. Requests from are questions on Domibus and the different plugins, Domibus migration and migration scripts, AS4 connectivity test issues, etc.
Email interaction:
For eDelivery, received mails were related to:
- Requests for AS4 connectivity test with Skyport
- Conformance test request for RIM Reporting Interface Module (RIM) V2 with new GITB conformance testing platform
- Project with Poland Ministry of Digital Affairs and with EPPO: meeting organised and technical questions answered
- Questions from users: Domibus (issues with large attachments, Domibus on Docker, upgrade from 4.2.9 to 5.0, questions on WS plugin, multitenancy and plugins, issue with message stuck in WAITING_FOR_REPLY in admin console), SML/SMP (SMP/SMK certificate update/renewal, participants registration on SML), PKI certificates (EPREL, ECDB, UDB and EUDAMED), Peppol question on AS4 implementation and signing of AS4 Error messages, TAPAS (ICS2 connectivity test assistance requests (re-directed to the National service desks), AS4 connection issue with Air France KLM)
- There was a total of 580 emails in the FMB. We have removed 62 emails for SML Inconsistency and 7 emails from PKI CommisSign from the count, which makes a total of 511 received mails for the reporting month.
PKI:
In August 2023, 6 certificates were issued: 1 ECDB and 6 EPREL.
