Member States' public administrations and administrations and other government entities adhere to the eInvoicing Directive (2014/55/EU) by being by being able to receive and process electronic invoices complying with the European Standard  Standard (EN 16931). How electronic invoicing should be implemented depends on how your Member State has transposed the EU Directive into national law.

You can choose to develop your own application in-house or find a solution provider that can do this for you.  Alternatively, you can also look into off-the-shelf software to find a suitable solution.
