You get your certificate by signing up to the PEPPOL TIA (Transport Infrastructure Agreement) and once a service provider has this, he/she is then verified within the network. | |

| Can the SML be used for multi-domain purposes? | Yes, the SML supports multi domains out of the box, where each domain gets their subset in the DNS records of the SML. There are cases where some specific domains implements the SML themselves but that is a impediment to interoperability in Europa of most domains, and should only be seen related to very sensitive information domains such as defence etc. | |
