Questions during the workshop

QuestionAnswersActions to be taken
Who are you?Mostly private sector - some from public sector. Service providers among others.
Do you have a profile at CEF Digital?3 out of 30 has a profileInvite participants to use CEF Digital

Do you see other areas where trainings and webinars could be of interest?

N/A
Do public authorities have electronic workflow support for managing invoices? There is a webapplication for the central government to receive and approve the eInvoicesNote: Basically a 3 corner model
Which eInvoicing formats do you currently use?UBL has been used for many year both in private and public sector2 standards to be used in the future
The European standard requires a high level of information quality. Can this prove to be a challenge in your coming implementation? Not really as UBL has been in use for years
Two formats - do you see this as an opportunity or challenge? One standard would have been preferred (UBL)
Is CEF eDelivery/PEPPOL relevant to you?2 service providers are currently implementing and signed up with OpenPEPPOL
Does the two access points in the 4 corner model not need to have bilateral agreements then?Good question - no, the service providers don't need to have bilateral agreements with each other about transmission but they need to sign agreements with PEPPOL. Once connected you are basically connected to all. You get your certificate by signing up to the PEPPOL TIA (Transport Infrastructure Agreement) and once a service provider has this, he/she is then verified within the network.
Can the city of Zagreb then have more than one service provider for receiving invoices? It is possible, but it would require that they use more than one idenitifier (such as GLN) in the network.
Can the SML be used for multi-domain purposes?Yes, the SML supports multi domains out of the box, where each domain gets their subset in the DNS records of the SML. There are cases where some specific domains implements the SML themselves but that is a impediment to interoperability in Europa of most domains, and should only be seen related to very sensitive information domains such as defence etc.
How many have been in contact with XML before?12-14 participants have XML experience
Is there any official schematrons which can be used?On github you will be able to find these for usage. These are as official is it currently gets. The intention is that they will be published under CEN / TC434 at some point in timehttps://github.com/difi/cen-tc434
You can apply for remote training in case you want to have more indepth knowledge on some of these details. This is options for groups of people who have a common interest in a key topic
