What are the reasons to have an eInvoicing Pioneer Group?

The eInvoicing Advisory Group for the eInvoicing Readiness Checker proved to be a successful experience of co-creation involving eInvoicing stakeholders and the European Commission to achieve a service that responded to stakeholders' needs.

Now that the eInvoicing Readiness Checker is live, it is important to replicate the model whereby a motivated group of eInvoicing stakeholders can meet remotely, on a monthly basis, to provide a range of input to the European Commission and to drive activities to support the launch of the European Standard on eInvoicing and the as well as to support the compliance with Directive 2014/55/EU.

What could be the relevant activities of the eInvoicing Pioneer Group?

The following is a non-exhaustive list of activities that the eInvoicing Pioneer Group could contribute to:relevant activities of the eInvoicing Pioneer Group broadly include the following:

  • To help CEF SMO to dentify Identify different national (relevant national & sub-national authorities with responsibility for eInvoicing) and sector specific stakeholders to include in into the CRM & engage CEF Customer Relationship Management (CRM) in order to engage those identified stakeholders in different targeted activities;
  • Support To provide support to the CEF eInvoicing work programme
  • Help to organise and advise on the content for CEF eInvoicing trainings
  • Provide suggestions for communication & dissemination channels for CEF eInvoicing activities (EN, Training etc.)
  • ;
  • To support the organisation and provide input, where relevant, for the CEF eInvoicing implementation workshops;
  • To provide suggestions for communication and dissemination channels for the CEF eInvoicing activities;
  • To provide input for the CEF eInvoicing events, meetings and Flag events, conferences, meetings, workshops to which CEF eInvoicing could provide input or material
  • Be Ambassadors for our Communications activities
  • ;
  • To become "Ambassadors" for the CEF eInvoicing Communications activities;
  • To promote Promote 'New Ways of Working' such as the use of CEF DIGITAL eInvoicing User Community.
