SMT - workload details:
The volume of opened and handled SMT tickets decreased during the 3 months compared to January, where the number of requests to renew/issue PKI Certificates was very high because of the deadline to renew PKI certificates from T-Systems to CommisSign. There were still also a lot of questions from users on Domibus migration, the REST API, FS plugin usage, keystore management, etc.

- Conformance tests with Opentext – request to update corner’s url
- linQSupply: question on information to provide to add the company in the AS4 conformant solutions market guide
- SANTE-EUPVP project – meeting and questions on eDelivery
- Exchanges with testing team and Bogdan on conformance testing platform migration to GITB
- Questions from and help to participants of the OOTS projecthaton

- There was a total of 598 emails in the FMB. We have removed 62 emails for SML Inconsistency and 7 emails from PKI CommisSign from the count, which makes a total of 529 received mails for the reporting month.
PKI:
In April 2023, 5 PKI certificates have been issued: 2 UDB, 2 EPREL and 1 PCN.
Operations management:
SML – Availability:
The achieved availability for SML1 was 99.93% for the month of April 2023 (the target is 99.80%).
On the 28th of April, starting around 15:00, intermittent service disruptions were detected on the eDelivery SML because of a network issue. The availability result for the 28th of April during business hours is 97.12%.
