SMT - workload details:
The volume of opened and handled SMT tickets decreased during the 4 last months compared to January 2023. In January, the number of requests to renew/issue PKI Certificates was very high because of the deadline to renew PKI certificates from T-Systems to CommisSign. In May 2023 there were questions from users on Domibus migration, Docker, JMS plugin usage, keystore management, etc
Email interaction:
For eDelivery, received mails were related to:
- Requests for AS4 connectivity test with Ciela, Sikeliarchivi S.r.l, DBH Logistik
- Exchanges with testing team and Bogdan on conformance testing platform migration to GITB
- Conformance testing with Opentext: help with some test cases
- AS4 conformant solutions: name change of Galaxy to Ticketstar – Digital site updated
- Questions from users: Domibus (questions on alerts, Postgress database with Domibus, JMS plugin, Docker container, XA database resources, issue with open files size increasing with Domibus 5.0.4, upgrade script to Domibus 5.1), SML/SMP (SMP/SMK certificate update/renewal, service group creation, participants registration on SML, provision of an updated list of SML/SMK participants), PKI certificates (BRIS, ECDB, EPREL, UDB, PCN, EUDAMED and DECIDE), questions on the PKI eDelivery service, TAPAS (AS4 connection issue with Air France KLM, CCNEB and Domibus 5.0.2 installation in PROD, question on wsdl, Domibus behaviour when looking up JNDI resources)
- There was a total of 571 emails in the FMB. We have removed 11 alerts mail, 64 emails for SML Inconsistency and 11 emails from PKI CommisSign from the count, which makes a total of 485 received mails for the reporting month..

In May 2023, 6 certificates were issued: 1 EUDAMED, 1 UDB, 1PCN, 1 BRIS and 2 EPREL.
