DOMIBUS:

• The release  4.2.2 (minor bugs and  OWASP detected vulnerabilities fix) took place on the 26 May 2021 
• Version 4.1.8 (CXF library upgrade, and several security fixes) was released on the 22 Jun 2021 
• 5.0 RC continue to progress, now at a good pace. Release date projected for Q1 2022, however the  uncertainty in terms of future budget remains, making the service disruption risk due to potential lack of budget availability still present.
• BD asked MM opinion regarding the news on the release of Domibus 5.0. MM said that this should be communicated only when there will be clarity on the funds for eDelivery. BD informed that this delay is jeopardising reputation of the building block. An option could be to announce a tentative date and inform that final date is dependent on DEP WP approval. BD informed that backwards compatibility would be broken with eDelivery plugins in Domibus 5.0, meaning that stakeholders would need to plan in advance their upgrade. Also, some users of version 4.1.x would need to rely on the published roadmap in order to plan the upgrade to v5.0, given that v4.1.x would stop being supported at the end of June 2021. BD noted that v4.2.x would still be supported into 2022.

SML:

• SMP 4.2 RC (Use EU Login for SMP console | Upgrade libraries to latest possible versions and fix OWASP threats | Security features and updates) on hold due to the need to focus on other activities during the first half of 2021.
