Cause
Java variable related to Domibus location, is not set in the Tomcat service
Workaround/Fix
Set the correct value to domibus.config.location in setenv.bat (Windows) or setenv.sh (Linux)
(JAVA_OPTS=%JAVA_OPTS% -domibus.config.location=)
Note: If Tomcat is started as a Windows Service, then:
Set the –Ddomibus.config.location to the correct value in the Java Options of the "Apache Tomcat8 Tomcat 8 properties" as shown in the example below:
