Approval of Previous meeting minutes | The minutes of the previous meeting are approved without comments. |
Conformance and connectivity testing updates |
MD expects that soon the list of conformant solutions should exceed 20. |
Support of (very) large files in eDelivery | Maarten DANIELS stated that the current practical limitation of sending large files via AS4 is +- 2GB (theoretically there is no limitation, but the current technological components that solutions are built on, typically support +- 2GB). A public consultation was been launched to update the eDelivery AS4 profile to optionally support very large files (over 2 GB) via the split and join feature of ebMS 3. https://ec.europa.eu/digital-building-blocks/sites/display/EDELGOV/ The public consultation has ended and the eDelivery team is now processing the comments made by the eDelivery community. It is expected that results can be discussed during the next interop forum session on 27/02. |
INEA calls for proposals | Maarten DANIELS clarified that no info is yet available for the upcoming INEA grants application period at the INEA website. If interested in upcoming calls please regularly visit INEA website for more info https://ec.europa.eu/inea/en/connecting-europe-facility/cef-telecom/apply-funding |
eDelivery components | A bugfix release of Domibus 4.0.2 is planned to be released on 11/02/19 The SMP 4.1 was released on 30/11/18. |
Directory services | Maarten DANIELS informed the forum that we are getting several queries about the use of directory services for discovery of participants and the capabilities. As a results we have been contacting several stakeholder to gather their requirements for directory services. In December and January, 7 groups of stakeholders have been interviewed and their requirements have been gathered. The next step is that the eDelivery team consolidates and analyses these requirements before getting back to the community. In case you have requirements and are not yet interviewed or in case you know a potential solution we should analyse, please let us know. This topic has generated more interest than initially expected. Sander FIETEN questioned if eDelivery had reached out to TOOP project. Maarten DANIELS stated that edelivery was in contact with Jerry during the requirements gathering |
Informal Cooperation Network for eDelivery | A workshop with the Informal Cooperation Network for eDelivery was held on 14/11/18. The details and presentations are available via https://ec.europa.eu/digital-building-blocks/sites/display/EDELCOMMUNITY/Event%3A+Workshop+%232+-+Informal+Cooperation+Network+for+eDelivery The next meeting with the Informal Cooperation Network for eDelivery is planned to take place on 02/04/2019. Everyone is welcome to visit the page dedicated to this network https://ec.europa.eu/digital-building-blocks/sites/display/EDELCOMMUNITY/Informal+Cooperation+Network+for+eDelivery and look if their member state is already represented in the section 'Members of the Network'. If this is not yet the case, please contact us to inform us about potential new members. Next meeting meeting is scheduled for the 2nd April 2019 |
AoB | The eDelivery team is working on two guidance documents on messaging signals in general (high-level and interesting for all eDelivery users) and evidences in particular (more detailed and only for users that have more specific evidence related requirements). More information will be provided in upcoming interoperability forum sessions. |
