The 'Pericles 2020' Programme - Call for Proposals reference 2015 ECFIN 007/R6

Actions can take place in the euro area, in EU Member States outside the euro area and in other countries. Text of the call for proposals(379 kB)  

The proposals must include the following standard forms, accompanied where indicated by the required attachments:

1. Grant application form(117 kB)  
2. Legal entity form to be downloaded (unless provided in previous procedures)
3. Financial identification form to be downloaded (unless provided in previous procedures)
4. Simplified presentation(39 kB)  of balance sheets and profit and loss accounts for the last two financial years for which the accounts have been closed excel (not applicable for public bodies and low value grants ≤60 000 EUR)
5. Estimated budget(277 kB)   for the action
6. Declaration on honour(87 kB)   on exclusion criteria and absence of conflict of interest (not applicable for low value grants ≤60 000 EUR)

Documentation regarding the financial aspects of the grant:

• Annex I: Description of the action (see page 3 of the grant agreement)

2. Pericles 2020 Financial guidelines(269 kB)   for applicants + annex(462 kB)  

Applications (in paper format: one original and one copy) must be sent to the address specified in point 5 of the text of Call for proposals either:

• no later than 1 June 2015 – for actions to be implemented after 15 October 2015
• no later than 14 September 2015 – for actions to be implemented after 1 January 2016

In addition, applications must also be submitted electronically to the following e-mail address: ECFIN-PERICLES@ec.europa.eu.
