From YU to EU

In the framework of "European Youth Capital 2013" hosted by Municipality of Maribor in 2013, the "From YU to EU" project aims to strengthen the bonds between the twinned towns and with others from former Yugoslavian republic.

The "From YU to EU" project aims to strengthen the bonds between the twinned towns and with others from former Yugoslavian republic, characterised by long-term and productive cooperation in the field of employment.

The YU2EU project establishes a policy network between towns to design an innovate model to develop successful mechanisms for youth and those involved in youth employment policy.

The project targets are young people and policy makers, professionals and experts from employment sector.

Through events, conferences and workshops for good practice exchange the partner countries will present the issues of youth unemployment focusing on how to deal with the challenges of employability issues in the EU.
