The Republic of Serbia and Montenegro are now full participants in the Europe for Citizens programme (2014-2020),
Serbian and Montenegrin civil society organisations, towns, municipalities and local authorities can now participate fully in the Europe for Citizens programme alongside organisations from the 28 EU Member States on an equal footing.
The Republic of Serbia and Montenegro are now full participants in the Europe for Citizens programme (2014-2020), following the formal act of signature of the necessary Agreements on 27 October in Brussels by Ms Ivana Ćirković, the Director of the Office for Cooperation with Civil Society of the Government of the Republic of Serbia, H.E. Ambassador Ivan Leković, the Head of the Mission of Montenegro to the European Union, and Mr Gregory Paulger, the Director-General for Communication at the European Commission.
