Passenger rights

Road

Following a proposal made by the Commission in December 2008 the Council and the European Parliament adopted on 16 February 2011 Regulation 181/2011 concerning the rights of passengers in bus and coach transport . The Regulation was published on 28 February 2011 in the Official Journal of the EU and its provisions will apply as from 1 March 2013.
