ECSEL is a partnership between the private and the public sectors for advancing the state-of-the art in electronic components and systems. There are two concurrent ECSEL calls in 2014, both are single stage (FPP only). This call ECSEL-2014-2 is for ECSEL Innovation Actions.

The ECSEL JU Work Plan 2014 has been updated with revised budget for Hungary (p10 and p17), clarification on the origin of national funding for Greece (p11 and p17), updated rules for Denmark (p35) and additional information for UK academic partners (p81).
The ECSEL Guide for Applicants has been updated (v7.4) with additional information concerning linked third parties (p19).
The ECSEL JU Work Plan 2014 has been updated with information with concerning the eligibility for funding of the legal entities established in the countries not listed at page 18 and international organizations - page 19
The Guide for Applicants has been updated with information for the Participants from high income countries – pages 17-18 (v7.3)
The ECSEL JU Work Plan 2014 has been updated with information for:
- Polish Participants [national budget (pages 10 and 17) and eligibility criteria & Part/Form C (pages 62-63)]
- Greek Participants [eligibility criteria (pages 45-47)]
The ECSEL Guide for Applicants has been updated with information for the Participants with European Structural and Investment Funds (ESI Funds or ESIF) - pages 15-16

To access the Submission Service, please select the TOPIC of your interest and then open the Submission Service tab.
To access existing draft proposals, please login to the portal and select My Proposals from the My Area menu.
In H2020, a proposal is submitted to a specific topic. The full set of information for preparing a proposal for a topic (eligibility and evaluation conditions, proposal templates, evaluation forms, etc.) is available on the topic conditions page.
