ICT PSP Expert Database - Log in / Sign up

The ICT PSP Expert Database holds the names and relevant information about independent experts used to assist the European Commission to administer the CIP Policy Support Programme. Experts have an individual profile protected by a password and maintained by them selves. The expert's profile contains information on work experience, education and competence. This information is used for the selection of experts for specific tasks.

Please note that the validity of the list has been extended up to 2013.

Register as an expert The following conditions are mandatory for experts:
  • Have a university degree relevant to ICT PSP.
  • Minimum 5 years work experience.
  • Ability to evaluate proposals and review project reports and other documents written in English.
  • Not have been guilty of grave professional misconduct 1).
