What are the requirements?

The following features are not available if you refuse the Data Browser cookies, see information on how to manage cookies. Also, you need to log in to access the 'My dataset' option.

What is the purpose of this option?

My datasets is a virtual basket in which a user can add and remove datasets and bookmarks for quick and easy access. 

Where to find this option?

After you have logged in, you can access the 'My dataset' option from the 'Logged in' status located on the very top, next to the language selector and search bar.

What possibilities are available?

Clicking on the 'My dataset' link will open a pop-up window with the following available possibilities:

Sort order

The sort order is located towards the right-hand side in this pop-up window and you can choose to sort the entries in the lists

  • alphabetically by dataset name, either from A to Z or Z to A
  • data of creation when you added this dataset or bookmark to your dataset list

Datasets

You can see the datasets which you have previously added using the 'Add to my dataset' button, located in title and additional information part in a dataset towards the right-hand side. The number located in the circle next to the title 'Dataset' indicated the number of datasets which you have already added. 

From the list of your datasets, you can perform the following actions: 

  • open the dataset by clicking on the dataset title
  • activating or deactivating the option to receive email updates of this dataset
  • remove this dataset from your list.

Bookmarks

You can see the list of bookmarks which you have previously created and added. Please also consult our page on how to create bookmarks

From the list of your bookmarks, you can perform the following actions: 

  • open the bookmarked dataset by clicking on the title
  • see the data and time when you create the bookmark
  • remove this bookmark from your list.

Empty my list

If you wish to remove all entries in your my dataset list, you can click on the button 'Empty my list' located at the bottom right in the pop-up window. 

For how long do items remain in my list?

The list of items in my datasets is kept in a web browser cookie. Using a different browser or device impacts the content.

The availability of the lists may also be impacted by other parameters, such as the type of web browser used and web browser settings.
