Which information can I find here?

In this section, you can find statistics from the EU labour force survey (EU-LFS). The EU-LFS is the largest sample survey of European households or individuals. Its main statistical objective is to classify people into 3 groups that are mutually exclusive and cover the whole target population of the survey:

• employed
• unemployed
• people outside the labour force, meaning they are neither employed nor unemployed

Together, the group of employed and unemployed make up the labour force. 

The EU-LFS provides quarterly and annual data. Different information is collected depending on the labour status of the people, whether they are employed, unemployed, or outside the labour force.
