Advertising services and labour recruitment in Europe - Issue number 13/2006 - Products Statistics in Focus
This publication describes the structure and development of these activities, with a specific focus on type of service provided, type of client and exports. Together these activities accounted for around 15% of total business services turnover. Sweden was the most specialised Member State in advertising and Luxembourg in labour recruitment. Turnover in labour recruitment in the EU-25 increased by 60 % between 1998 and 2004, three times higher than growth in traditional manufacturing industry.
