25/10/2010: Check here the targets related to the automatic decommitments (N+2 and N+3) for ESF, ERDF and the Cohesion Fund in accordance with article 93-97 of 1083/2006
Following the recent modification of the Council Regulation (EC) No 1083/2006 (amended by Regulation (EU) No 539/2010), and in particular Article 93 related to automatic decommitment, the Commission is now publishing the applicable N+2+3 targets. The targets are presented per Member State and operational programmes and they have been established respecting the following principles:
- as foreseen by the modified Regulation, 1/6 of the annual 2007 commitment is equally added to each annual commitment tranche between 2008 and 2013;
- major projects, aid schemes and any other exceptions (Article 94-96) are excluded from the calculation.

Registered users can find further information including detailed technical documents, access procedures and forms and release notes in the SFC2007 interest group on Circa

How to register to the SFC2007 Circa group?

  1. Click here to go to the Circa general site,
  2. On the form that appears, fill in the data and save it.
  3. The system will give you a "username" (User ID).
  4. inform us (e-mail to sfc2007-info@ec.europa.eu) of the username you receive.
  5. With this information we will add you to the Circa SFC2007 group.
Note: If you have already a Circa account, please send us your existing username.
