RationaleThe Czech Republic has been facing problem with shortage of job opportunities since recent years. The labour market does not operate flexibly and fast. This situation is obvious especially in region under restructuralization as region of Moravskoslezsko. ObjectiveMain objective of the project is to increase employability of target groups as well as to equal supply and demand on labour market. To reach that we want to use foreign know-how and build up a new training centre providing complex and systematic support for unemployed people. Innovation

Text available in During run of the project trainees (beneficiaries) will have chance to influence a design of training process. Beneficiaries will evaluate all training courses and will provide information and inputs for other improvement of whole training centres.

All partners will be actively involved in project preparation, realisation and evaluation as well. Common work on the project will help to empower relations between all partners. Transnationality
