Rationale
First and expected outcome is to increase employment of disabled through
new issues in advisory services, collecting information about labour
market and also communication with employers. The next project item is
to modify legislation supporting employment of disabled – innovative way
of solving creation of protected jobs. DP members have long time been
working in this area and have experience with working with disabled
people.
Objective
The main DP objective is to provide complete information to clients –
both parties – employers and job seekers. The priority is to increase
services in carrier advice in supporting employment and also through
obtained knowledge to propose legislative changes that will support
employment of this group.
Innovation
The innovation is based in main orientation to advisory services for
employers, because the creation of new jobs depends on them, or
occupying of created jobs by target group – disabled people. New
stimulating offers should lead to changes in legislation, which could
also become stimulating tool – innovation of tool of active labour
market policy.

Empowerment
With beneficiaries
The project will provide services for increasing employment of disabled
and it will increase involvement of organisations of third sector in
solving problems of involvement of disadvantaged in labour market. By
providing quality information individuals will gain information, which
will strengthen their chances to get employment, the same goes for
employers also. By providing information we also expect the change of
positions and behaviour not only of key participants, but also indirect
participants.
Between national partners
The project will be managed by the team, composed of project leader and
various coordinators with equal voting right, but with responsibilities
for implementing own project activities. All changes and important steps
will be discussed by this managing body, decision must be accepted by
all DP members. Apart from regional coordinators, the central body will
also monitor tasks and evaluate activities.

As a general objective: to improve and increase the professional
insertion and rehabilitation of disabled people, suffering special
situations of discrimination inside the labour market, by means of
developing different innovative solutions as:
· The development of new integrated models and services of occupational
insertion and rehabilitation (including the development of social
economy models).
· To reach a greater implication of the civil society as the immediate
environment of the groups and institutions directly involved.
· To create new professional profiles to support and guide in the
insertion/rehabilitation process of the target groups.
· Setting up recognised systems to certify the skills of the target goup
in order to facilitate the access to the labour market.
· To promote a close cooperation with the enterprises, in order to
spread the diversity management.
· To insert the final beneficiaries into the labour market.
· To exchange experiences, information and know-how on successful
methodologies to train and integrate disabled people at social and
working level.
. To disseminate, at vertical and horizontal level, the experiences done
and the results obtained.

Prvoradým a očakávaným výsledkom je zvyšovanie zamestnanosti zdravotne
postihnutých prostredníctvom nových prvkov v poradenstve, zbieraní
informácií o trhu práce a taktiež komunikáciou so zamestnávateľmi.
Ďalším prvkom v projekte je úprava legislatívy podporujúca zamestnávanie
zdravotne postihnutých – inovatívny sposob riešenia tvorby chránených
pracovísk. Členovia RP dlhodobo pracujú v tejto oblasti a majú
skúsenosti s prácou s občanmi so zdravotným postihnutím.
Objective
Hlavným cieľom RP je poskytovať kompletné informácie klientom, t.j.
obidvom stranám – či už zamestnávateľom alebo záujemcom o prácu.
Prioritou je rozšírenie služieb v oblasti poradenstva pri podpore
zamestnanosti a taktiež prostredníctvom získaných poznatkov navrhovať
legislatívne zmeny, ktoré zamestnanosť tejto cieľovej skupiny budú
podporovať.
Innovation
Inovatívnosť spočíva v hlavnej orientácii sa na poradenstvo pre
zamestnávateľov, nakoľko od nich závisí aj tvorba nových pracovných
miest, resp. obsadzovanie už vytvorených pracovných miest cieľovou
skupinou – zdravotne postihnutými občanmi. Novými stimulujúcim ponukami
je záujem aj o zmenu legislatívy, ktorá by bola taktiež stimulujúcim
nástrojom, resp. inovácia nástrojov aktívnej politiky trhu práce.
EmpowermentWith beneficiaries
Projekt poskytne služby pre zvýšenie zamestnanosti zdravotne
postihnutých a zvýši zaangažovanosť organizácií tretieho sektora v
riešení problémov uplatnenia pre znevýhodnených na trhu práce.
Poskytnutím kvalitných informácií jednotlivci získajú informácie, ktoré
posilnia ich možnosť zamestnania sa, obdobne ide aj o prípad
zamestnávateľov. Poskytovaním informácií zároveň očakávame zmenu
postojov a správanie nielen kľúčových účastníkov, ale aj nepriamych
účastníkov.
EmpowermentBetween national partners
Projekt bude riadený tímom, ktorý pozostáva z vedúceho projektu a
viacerých koordinátorov, s rovnakým hlasovacím právom, ale so
zodpovednosťou za realizovanú vlastnú aktivitu. Všetky zmeny a doležité
kroky prerokováva tento riadiaci orgán, rozhodnutie musí byť prijaté
všetkými partnermi RP. Okrem regionálnych koordinátorov centrálny orgán
má za úlohu monitoring a vyhodnocovanie aktivít.
