Within the project CIVIL ASSOCIATIO DILIGENT , has been implement internal analyses of current requisites. In their ground has been set out areas and problems on the market, on which would be oriented project subject.
There were impose rich knowledge of interpreters and realization project with institution cooperation performed in control marketing area.
1) macroeconomic politic ( monetary, fiscal, receipt ) there is able to differ level of regioal econimic plitic.
2) Labor market politic in there two forms passive ( redress profit in unemployment period ) and active ( method and tools of direct influence request and offer the labour market )
Project solutionists – DP has technical knowledge necessary for couch of phylosophy system and following create working system of analyses labor market.
By the application is necessary to cooperate with individual labour ministry and other institution, which regulate process on the labor market.
DP are experienced team of experts. They are well provide for multi – national safety DP.

Increase effectivity of tools, methods and course in the labor market and looking for process navigation on the labor market.
The main aim of the project is direct from the main aim IS EQUAL.
In the creation of regulation system projects, prevention and supporting regulation on the labor market long unemployment people, low qualify and other handicap people.
The firs specific aim: create tools in the express system form to allow coordinate labor market to use high qualified analyses with the direct aim, in the users application.
The second: to raise direct process on the labor market and raise level of quality and qualification of information about actual aspect on the labor market.

- information system gives data of evidence individual labor ministry with ability to choose and prepare for impose to create analyses labor market in form of procedure program SPSS
- ability design analyses system and conditions of action procedure in program SPSS
- create ability of system analyses as well as very flexible and very simple add system and other results of analyses.
- offer to users to use system of large spectrum of analyses process, which are on the labor market
- to offer modest bull system, necessary for actual conditions of individual labor market
All activities are practically knowledge in here and abroad. They are constitute draft activities, new complete access to the solution of questioned analyses on the labor market.

Aim group – all disadvantaged groups, all register of unemployment will get by project ability of qualitative care and qualified help by solute their problems with application on the labor market.
Aim group will be Ministry of labor, social care and family as well as Ministry of labor, social care and family in the individual regions, which will be aim users of evolutionary expert system.
Intro-project will be present, examine, effectiveness and ability to use evolutionary expert system at least in to two authority labor, social care and family in bail regions
Basically on results experience, will be couch recommendation to change state politic in intensity process area on labor market.
To get know status, his purpose and basic trends in project evolution to allow the follow leg locate able scenario evolution individual segments labor market on their basic to trace actual and perspective aims politic on labor market.
To realize trace aims is necessary to coach politic, regulate evolution on labor market and chose file of tools for realization of established aims politic on labor market.

 

 Between national partners

DP are experienced team of experts. Apart form practical realization is part of them deal with theory or directing work in labor market area. They are knowing, languages skilled for safety semi-public cooperation of DP`s.
Part of institutions are delegating their assistant to council DP, which will be coordinated and established junta to realize project.
Decision will be accept by consenses, will be crouch statute and discuss regulation of council DP.
Project will realize DP, combine from two partners / civil association DILIGENT and centre of labor, social care and family in Bratislava.
All relations between individual partners intro/realization project { reliability for activities, method of finance and work dead - line}will be adapt in convention about DP, which will be closed in case of chose project for realization.

The common objectives of the DPs
Aim shared by Development Partnerships includes a model creation for the revitalization of areas as to development processes existing in other areas through development of human resources, training and accompaniment to existing or just generating enterprises, actions of territorial animation addressed to male and female workers marginalized / excluded from local productive system.
Knowledge enlargement through training activities, new enterprising creation in different reference sectors of projects, awareness development in local actors in relation to possibility to overcome development gap, set up an aim common to Development Partnerships
Specific aims of transnational partnership are:
1. To share experiences on programmes and actions making provision for integrated and innovative solutions improving working skills, aimed to increase beneficiaries occupiability or adaptability to changed economic conditions in different territories. This sharing of experiences should be developed from systematization process on theoretic, technical and instrumental plan in order to permit convergent and common solutions construction.
2. to study in depth methodologies, techniques and tools, already thought and developed by members belonging to each partnership about development processes of competences in the most weak and disadvantaged social sectors in the society.
3. to draw and organize professional profiles related to new ambits of working activities addressed to people having difficulties in accessing and integrating social and working context .
