In Limburg there is a friction on the labourmarket. The outflow on the labourmarket, is bigger than the inflow. That is cntrasted with an unemployment rate of 40.000 and nearly double the people that are in the WAO. Participation of women in the labourmarket in Limburg, falls short of the national median. Up until now an instrument with which a person can develop knowledge dvelopment,sharin and distribution, lacks. Technological developments offer more and more opportunities to individual lerning (e-learning). Starting fromn individual ambitons and comptencies, together with demand profiles, paricipants will recieve the right education. Consumer organisations are involved in this project.

To further develop and implement an LMS in the Limburg situation. Via this system a better link between demand and supply on the labourmarket is envisaged. Activities: Short analysis of the problem; description inventory labour market in Limburg; description demand profiles of unfilled vacancies; recruit participants who want to enlarge their qualifications by means of an LMS; Offer training with a certifiable end result based on the monitoring of the knowledge gap; Interest employers to use the LMS in their search for personnel; development of educational programmes that are related to the demand in the Labour Market; Execution of pilots; Dissimination and mainstreaming.

The innovative element of this project is, that we want to implement the use of the Leraning Management System as control instrument iin the mediation practice to the open labourmarket. The LMS brings an added value in this practice, which is unknown and not used at this moment. The LMS can be verry helpfull for employers to find in a effective way the right employee's. The LMS guarantee that education is based on the demands in the labour market. The LMS improves the possibillities of E-learning and distance learning

Symbiose is a supporting organisation of cconsumer organisations such as (Disabled, Patiens, Eldery, Immigrants, Women). Via the creation of a participantsgroup in which all organisations are represented, they do have influence of the execution of the project. In this way it is guaranteed that all target groups are represented. The focus in this project is on the individual participant, based on his or here ambitions and competences an education track will be set out. The track or development path will be created togehter with the individual participant, the development path will be tailor made. The participation group has a very important role concerning the dissimination and mainstreaming. Within the seminars and workshops they will have an active role.

Via participation in this project, the empowerment of project participants will improve. Together with the participant, his development path (learning path) will determinated even as the model of education, This education is based on the individual ambitons en competences of the participant. This way of working will have a positive influence on his self respect. Besides that the participants have an active role within the dissimination process.

In Limburg is sprake van krapte op de arbeidsmarkt. De uistroom is grote dan de instroom. Daar tegenover staat een aantal van bijna 40.000 werklozen en bijna het dubbele aantal WAOérs. Deelname van vrouwen op de arbeidsmarkt blijft achter bij het landelijk gemiddelde. Tot nu toe ontbreekt het aan een instrument waarbij op basis van ambities en competencies van belanghebbende, om persoonlijke ontwikkelingsplannen te ontwikkelen, kennismanagement toe te passen, kennissharing en distributie vorm te geven. Technologische ontwikkelingen bieden steeds meer mogelijkheden om het leren te indibvidualiseren (e-learning). Uitgaande van individuele ambities en competenties gerelateerd aan gevraagde profielen, worden deelnemers gericht geschoold. Belangenorganisaties worden hierbij betrokken.

Het vernieuwende element is, dat wij via het project de toepassing van het Learning Management Systeem (LMS), als beheersinstrumentarium willen implementeren in de bemiddelingspraktijk naar de arbeidsmarkt. Het LMS, vormt in onze ogen een toegevoegde waarde waarvan nu nog geen gebruik wordt gemaakt. In hun zoektocht naar geschikte werknemers, kan het LMS voor wergevers positief zijn. Het LMS draagt er toe bij dat scholing wordt gebaseerd op de echte vraag in de arbeidsmarkt. Het LMS bevordert ook de mogelijkheden van E-learning

Symbiose is de ondersteuner van Maatschappelijke Organisaties in Limburg (Gehandicapten Patienten, Ouderen, Allochtonen, Vrouwen). Via de vorming van een particiaptiegroep waarin al deze organisaties zijn vertegenwoordigd, hebben zij invloed op de uitvoering van het project. Op deze manier wordt gewaarborgd dat alle doelgroepen van het project vertegenwoordigd zijn.De individuele deelnemer staat centraal in dit project, op basis van zijn ambities en competenties wordt een traject uitgezet. Het traject wordt samen met de individuele deelnemer opgezet. De participatiegroep speelt een belangrijke rol bij de dissiminatie en mainstreaming. In workshops en seminars zullen zij actief worden ingeschakeld.

Het empowerment van de projectdeelnemers wordt via de deelname aan dit project bevorderd. Samen met de individuele deelnemer wordt zijn ontwikkelpad bepaald en wordt de vorm waarin de opleiding wordt gegeven gekozen. Er wordt aangesloten bij de individuele ambities en competenties van de deelnemer. Wij gaan er vanuit dat dit een positieve invloed op zijn eigen waarde. We zullen de deelnemers daarnaast een actieve rol geven in het dissiminatie proces.
