The final report is now available online

As foreseen by the Decision establishing the Europe for Citizens Programme 2007-2013, the European Commission has to elaborate an evaluation report synthesizing and assessing the results and the implementation of the Europe for Citizens Programme 2007-2013.

For this purpose, Coffey International carried out an external ex post evaluation of the programme:

To assess the results  and measures of  the Europe for Citizens programme compared to its objectives;

- To assess qualitative and quantitative aspects of the implementation of the programme and

- To provide examples of good practice and successful model projects under each action of the programme.

The final report is available in English and its executive summary in English, French and German
