The European Commission published the first call for proposals under the new legal base of the European Solidarity Corps.

The call will fund volunteering activities, traineeships and jobs, and solidarity projects. Any public or private organisation holding a Quality Label and established in the EU Member States may apply for funding. Moreover, groups of young people registered in the European Solidarity Corps Portal may apply for solidarity projects funding.

The call deadlines fall between 16 October 2018 and 18 February 2019, depending on the type of activity. Organisations – except groups of young people – applying for funding will first need to receive a Quality Label, for which they can apply at any time.

For further details, please refer to the European Solidarity Corps Guide. The application forms and more information is available on the European Solidarity Corps page.

The call is published subject to the final adoption of the European Solidarity Corps Regulation by the legislative authority without significant modifications.
