A newly published handbook helps youth work stakeholders to improve the quality of youth work.

The handbook gives step-by-step guidance on:

  • how to develop indicators
  • how to assess to what degree these indicators are met
  • how to turn quality development into positive organisational development.

The handbook is usable regardless of the form of youth work concerned, how and by whom it is delivered, and the conditions under which it takes place. It contains examples of various tools for quality development currently used by different organisations across Europe.
