Internal Market

In the Czech Republic, competition both in the freight and passengers' rail market has carried on growing in recent years. Employment in high growth transport enterprises has gone down between 2013 and 2014 and is now below EU average. The transposition rate of transport related directives into national law remains high at 99%. The number of pending court cases about alleged infringements of EU law at the end of July 2016 corresponded to the EU average.
