This eLearning course was developed under the EU Cooperation Programme Customs 2013, in line with the legal specifications of the Community Customs Code (CCC).
For the moment, the course has not yet been updated to include possible amendments introduced by the new EU customs legislation, the Union Customs Code (UCC), which entered into force on 1 May 2016.
This training provides detailed practical guidance for economic operators and customs officials on how to implement Simplified clearance Procedures (SP) and Single Authorisation for Simplified Procedures.
The course also provides information on criteria and risks in two separated mini-modules, which are proposed after the course itself
The course has been developed to help EU customs officials and economic operators using or dealing with Simplified Procedures (SP) and Single Authorisation for Simplified Procedures (SASP).
The course has been developed by the European Commission’s department for Taxation and Customs Union, in collaboration with expert customs officials and trade representatives.
The eLearning modules are free to download and are easy to use.
They can be used as standalone courses (download the .zip file which includes iso, exe, html or html5 formats) or integrated in your local LMS system (scorm format).
