Yes, if this was an external activity while you were studying and the contract/agreement with the employer does not include your university.

No. The encoding dates you declare in your application must match the exact dates you hold as documented written proof. E-mails are not accepted as proof. Grouping education or training is not admitted.
The declared work experience should be continuous employment lasting more than 6 weeks.

Before you start you must have an account with EU Login (European Commission Authentication Service)
If you are a new user:
- Create an account
- Fill in the Sign Up form
- Click the Submit button
- Check your email account (check the spam folder too).
- In the email, click on the link to create your password
- Click on Proceed to go to the Application form.
If you log in for a second or consecutive time, you simply type in your username and password.
