The conference "Forum for Sport"
Swiss Diamond Hotel, Prishtina

The Conference Forum for Sport marks the opening of the European Week of Sport, which will be held under the auspices of the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports. This forum will be organized by the Kosovo Olympic Committee in cooperation with MCYS. The Forum aims to discuss the many problems of clubs and sports in general, as well as finding forms and modules for investment in sports.

Table Tennis

“European Week of Sport” is marked by placing 4 fenced-in tables in a part of the square and other accompanying equipment that will demonstrate the game of table tennis by the active players of the Federation and at the same time enable the citizens of Prishtina to get even more familiar with the table tennis game played by professional equipment and get encouraged by professional players to be more physically active.

Organizing the tournament 'All together'. In honor of the European Week of Sports, the Bowling Federation of Kosovo will organize the "Bowling for All” competition, in the framework of the activities of the European Week of Sport 2019.

Children with special needs and other children will participate in this competition. Participants will be 50 adults + 20 children.

Across the country

Kosovo's Chess Federation will organize a range of activities in five cities of Kosovo. These activities will include a significant number of children, youth, women, seniors and veterans and will be organized in open spaces respectively in city centers. In addition to marking this week, these activities will also have the purpose of promoting the sport of chess.

Logistics: 7 referees, official persons and a few volunteers as well as members with coaches of participating clubs. Over 10 vehicles for the transportation of bicycles.

Across the country

Activities are foreseen to be held in 4 municipalities of Kosovo, where the School Sport Federation, in cooperation with the School Sports Associations and municipalities and eventual donors will organize the republican competitions for women and men of primary and secondary schools in Futsal.
