This online meeting discussed ways of building a positive and modern image of Public Employment Service (PES) as labour market service providers and employers.
Event participants heard about specific actions and strategies intended to enhance PES image and visibility. Those included an Estonian employer branding project, a Dutch labour market campaign to attract new PES employees, a rebranding of the Lithuanian PES, and a Corporate Influencers’ strategy from Belgium (Le Forem). Additionally, participants held discussions, exchanging experiences in relation to employer branding and strategies to boost PES image.
