The session will highlight lessons learnt from the branchless approach adopted by one of Europe’s largest microfinance institutions – Qredits, located in the Netherlands.

The webinar will offer insights into the vital role technology can play in a crisis like the coronavirus outbreak and how it can positively impact the efficiency of an MFI's business model.

The webinar will discuss how limiting physical presence and offering a digital solution can lead to a reduction of costs. A special focus will be placed on Qredits’ good practices in coping with the COVID-19 pandemic.
