Seniors participate in a 715-mile torch relay in the UK
Residents from The ExtraCare Charitable Trust's 29 retirement schemes across the Midlands and North of England are participating in a 715-mile (1,151 km) five-month relay with their own Olympic-style torch, designed by Brunswick Gardens resident Vic Gould.

Great success of the Way of Life literary contest for seniors in Hungary
With more than 2,500 participants, the literary contest “Way of Life” organised by the Ministry of Social Affairs of Hungary in the frame of the European Year 2012 has proved to be an outstanding success.
