The aim of this document is to support European Social Fund (ESF) authorities in assessing the legality, regularity and eligibility of Simplified Cost Options (SCOs) before implementation. It includes good practices of collaboration between authorities from Estonia, Portugal, Sweden and The Netherlands.

It is part of the ESF Transnational Cooperation Platform and its ‘Community of Practices on Results-based Management’.
