This report summarizes the key points and conclusions from the discussions at the PES Network Conference on LTU held in Brussels on 2 June 2016. The conferences wbrought together senior PES representatives and other partner organisations from 21 Member States, as well as participants from Norway and Turkey, to discuss the Council Recommendation.
